Saint Stefan Dragutin

Saint Stefan Dragutin, King of Serbia (1276–1282), ruled with wisdom before abdicating the throne to his brother Milutin. Known for his humility, he retired to a monastic life and was later glorified as a saint in the Serbian Orthodox Church. Venerated for his piety and peaceful reign, his relics rest at the Đurđevi Stupovi monastery near Novi Pazar.
