Refund & Return Policy

At Orthodox Gifts & Crafts, each item is carefully produced in our Ohio workshop with attention to quality and craftsmanship. If there is a problem with your order, we are happy to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• The item must be returned in original packaging when possible
• Proof of purchase or order number is required

Non-Returnable Items

Because many of our products are made-to-order or customized, the following items are generally non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Custom embroidered icons
• Personalized items
• Special-order products
• Clearance or final-sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the item and packaging if applicable

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible through replacement, exchange, or refund when appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/incorrect item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The wrong item was sent
• The item arrived damaged
• The item was defective upon arrival

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if production has not already begun.

Because many products are handmade or produced to order, cancellation requests submitted after production begins may not be eligible for cancellation.

Shipping Information

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday).

Shipping delivery estimates are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed, as carrier delays may occasionally occur.
