Saint Spyridon of Trimythous

Saint Spyridon of Trimythous (c. 270–348) was a shepherd-bishop of Cyprus who attended the First Ecumenical Council of Nicaea and is celebrated as a great wonderworker and defender of Orthodoxy. Simple and humble in life, he confounded philosophers with his faith and performed numerous miracles. His holy relics rest on the island of Corfu, where he is deeply venerated as the island’s patron and protector. His feast day is celebrated on December 12. Our handcrafted collection honors his memory through Byzantine embroidered icons and devotional items, each made in our Ohio workshop using traditional techniques.
